A new urban district takes shape
BudaPart, our company’s flagship development, represents the largest real estate project in Budapest’s modern history and is a landmark development even by international standards. Located on the waterfront of Lágymányos Bay, the approximately 54-hectare development aims to create a unique, contemporary urban district designed for 21st-century living. Once completed, nearly half of the entire area – approximately 26 hectares – will remain dedicated to green spaces, including Kopaszi Dam, one of Budapest’s most significant public parks. Beyond the development area itself, the project also contributes to the wider transformation of the district through extensive public infrastructure, utility and transport improvements.
