Property Market Real Estate Developer Kft. is a subsidiary of the Market Group, founded in 2015, specializing in real estate development. In the past 5 years, the dynamically developing real estate development company has grown to become the third largest developer in Hungary based on the square meters under construction.
The company's goal is to create high-quality real estate projects that are sustainable and create added value. Their developments in premium locations are outstanding both in terms of architecture and town planning, as well as in complexity and volume, they are pioneers in the market in many respects and their declared goal is to raise the quality of the built environment and living space, thereby creating a new category in real estate development.
The company's first project, BudaPart, is the largest real estate development in Budapest's modern history, it is also significant on an international scale, and its goal is a unique, 21st century. creation of a 19th-century urban district on the shores of Lágymányosi Bay, on an area of about 54 hectares. By the end of the development, almost half of the BudaPart, 26 hectares of green space, will remain, one of Budapest's largest public parks, the Kopaszi Dam, will be a part of it. However, the investment zone is larger than that, as a number of public utility and transport infrastructure developments are being implemented in connection with it, which fall on the public lands surrounding the city quarter.
In addition to BudaPart, Property Market is humbly modernizing the capital's new landmark project, one of the undeservedly neglected building complexes, the BEM project, thanks to which the Radetzky barracks on Bem József tér will be renewed as a hotel and office complex, paying respect to the past.
