For 16 years, Office of the Year and the Real Estate Awards have been recognised as leading professional platforms within the real estate industry, celebrating outstanding workplaces, office buildings, community spaces and landmark developments. Building on this long-standing expertise, The Residential Development of the Year competition was introduced in 2025 with the support of ZENGA. The initiative aims to showcase Hungary\u2019s most exceptional residential projects, while providing valuable insight and inspiration for homebuyers, investors and industry professionals alike. <\/p>\n\n

Submissions are assessed by an independent jury of respected Hungarian real estate experts, complemented by public voting, which accounts for 10% of the final results. This unique combination ensures that both professional excellence and the expectations of future users are reflected in the outcome. <\/p>\n\n

Residential developments in the competition<\/h2>\n\n

This year, two of our projects are competing in the \u2018Residential Development of the Year\u2019<\/strong> competition, in the \u2018Planned Residential Development of the Year\u2019<\/strong> category.<\/p>\n\n

BudaPart <\/a><\/strong>represents one of Budapest\u2019s most significant mixed-use urban developments, taking shape along the waterfront of L\u00e1gym\u00e1nyosi Bay, directly adjacent to Kopaszi Dam. Designed around the harmony of contemporary city living and nature, the district brings together residential buildings, office spaces, services and community areas within a thoughtfully planned urban environment. The development has a strong focus on sustainability, extensive green areas and long-term liveability, BudaPart creates a modern urban destination designed for the future. <\/p>\n

D\u00fcrer Park<\/a><\/strong> is also competing in The Planned Residential Development of the Year category, bringing new life to a historically significant urban location next to Budapest\u2019s City Park. Its exceptional setting combines the advantages of a premium residential neighbourhood with direct access to green spaces, cultural experiences and recreational opportunities. The development\u2019s contemporary architectural approach, high-quality execution and carefully balanced integration of landscaped areas position D\u00fcrer Park among Budapest\u2019s most outstanding residential projects. <\/p>\n

Our office projects in the professional competition<\/h2>\n\n

Our developments are also represented by two outstanding entries in the Office of the Year competition.<\/p>\n\n

The D\u00fcrer Park office building<\/strong> has been nominated in The Office Building of the Year<\/strong> category. Designed to meet the evolving needs of modern businesses, the building combines flexible office solutions, advanced technical standards and a unique green environment to create an inspiring workplace experience. As part of the wider D\u00fcrer Park vision, the office development supports a balanced lifestyle where work, community and urban living exist in harmony. <\/p>\n

The new ALTEO headquarters<\/strong> at BudaPart is also among this year\u2019s nominees, following the company\u2019s relocation to the district last August. Beyond the building itself, the project highlights the importance of interior design and workplace experience, with our fit-out team playing a key role in creating the final environment. The result is a future-oriented office space that supports collaboration, sustainability and innovation, while reflecting ALTEO\u2019s corporate identity and values. <\/p>\n
